Come Relax and Enjoy the Breathtaking Views

Our house is located a quick five minute drive up the mountain in the historic nucleo of Piodina. The home is on three floors, main bedroom on the top floor, bathroom and kitchen in the middle floor and lounge with sofa bed on the bottom floor. We have a beautiful terrace for outside dining and a balcony to take in the breathtaking views and relax. The neighborhood is quiet with winding pathways typical of an historical Ticinese nucleo.
The house was built in the 1800s by my great grandparents. It then belonged to my grandmother before it was passed down to us and in which we lived while our children were small. It was remodeled and restored recently to make a more modern look but with keeping the typical and unique features of Ticino architecture.

In der Unterkunft mit einem tollen Ausblick hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Luca war jederzeit erreichbar um Fragen zu beantworten. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen und Dank einer Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer waren die sehr warmen Nächte gut erträglich. Da dieses Haus oberhalb des Sees in einem alten Ortsteil mit schönen verwinkelten Gassen liegt, muss man einige Meter von der Parkmöglichkeit bis zur Unterkunft in Kauf nehmen.Aber auch das stellt kein großes Problem dar, wenn man ganz gut zu Fuß unterwegs ist. Alles in allem hatten wir dort eine sehr schöne Zeit und können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank Leonie und Andreas
