First off there is a $60 deposit that was not stated when initially purchasing the room then it purchased it for the incorrect day so I had to pay an extra $30 to check in early and then once I got to the room, there was no cable when I went to check out two days later I waited 15 minutes for someone to come and give me my deposit back

Rhe aur conditioning didnt blow hard enough to keep the room at any type of cool temperature. The housekeeping staff were incredible & very nice. I got charged a $60 deposit for no reason. We did not leave a mess or damage anything what so ever. If we break or ruin something, then it is our responsibility as a person and human being to fix it or pay for it. Im no moocher and we work gard for our money and pay what our family owes gladly and proudly, but this place is a rip off. Trying to steal honest workong peoples money.
