Our stay was amazing. Rooms was very clean. Receptionist was very friendly and lovely person.Dinner service was very good aswell food was delicious. In the morning we choose to try breakfast service and omg we was no disappointed. lovely women name Regina welcomed us in most possible amazing way wow. Food was amazing so many choices.....wow. deffo recommended stay there. And big thank you Lithuanian lady Regina for feeling like we are home. You are Star in there. Rasa and Marius. Thank you

The hotel is in a great location, metres from Cabot Circus and a 10 minute walk from the train station. The receptionist was not very friendly or helpful. The room was clean and airy although everywhere looked a bit tired and in need of decorating. The breakfast was excellent and loads of options.

My room was nice. I could have had nicer pillows and a remote control that worked. I had breakfast but wasn’t told what time it was, as the staff were new at the desk. Otherwise it was lovely, minor issues.

Wasn’t what I expected! Area around the hotel which I know is out of their control didn’t feel too safe, again out of their control but guests coming in at 4.30am were so loud waking us up! We were in the room in the morning getting ready to leave and the cleaner better the room 3 times! Reception staff on check in were really helpful not as friendly on checking out! The Ncp carpark next door aswell, great security but smelt of wee! I don’t think I’d stay again.

The hotel is one of our go to hotels when visiting Bristol but the adjacent NCP car park doesn't inspire confidence when solo walking after parking.
