Room was adequate but dated. Car park cannot fit in the number of guests catered for.
Breakfast was disappointing. Very small cereal bowls like a childs size!. Cooked breakfast consisted of one rasher of bacon, one sausage, one hash brown, half a tomato, a mushroom small quantity of egg and one piece of toast with a pat of butter. It was well cooked for what your got. Coffee or tea brought to table (other drinks could be purchased for £2.80 each). Fruit juice freely available and nice.. No offer of top up or any toast and marmalade.Next morning had poached eggs on toast very very small egg! Poor value for money for what we paid having had much better breakfasts at other establishments on our trip.
The room was clean and tidy, the staff very friendly and helpful. It would be helpful if plates were left in the function room along with the cutlery so you can eat in your room if needed.
Great staff, great breakfast and a superb sleep on a very clean and comfortable bed. Shower could do with being stronger and little toiletries would be a bonus but overall a very good couple of nights stay. Recommended for visiting Bath with just a short train ride from the town.

Breakfast is normally really good, this time it was dry & we both had the toppers for toast
Bathroom trim coming away & shower head is not staying in place
the bed in our room was so comfortable and the breakfast was amazing, especially the sausage. we were there for a family occasion which was help in the restaurant. the staff were great and very helpful with all the little requests like sparklers for the cake etc

Underwhelming but fine. Shower was pathetic. Curtains weren’t blackout. Mattress fairly lumpy. Budget a decent amount of time to wait for the breakfast as not a buffet.
But nothing horrendous. Fine for a 1 night business trip.
I stayed here for a business trip and there were some great bits and not so great bits. I was told when I booked that I would receive instructions on how to gwt into the hotyel as th reseption is not manned after 12pm and I was arriving at around 5pm. I spoke to someone the day before to say I hadn't received
Very hot in the upstairs rooms.
Breakfast was only from 8:00 which we found too late .
Price high for the conditions offered

Ideally located for short walk into Keynsham. Car park small we had to find on street parking. Waited over 40 minutes for cooked breakfast. ( This happened last visit years ago)
Bathroom large but needs update. Corner of bath held together with tape that was coming off. Eco shower - hardly any water came out. Receptionist very pleasant and helpful.
I was a little surprised the hotel did not have the restaurant and bar open on Wednesdays. However, there was a pub 5 minutes walk away that did food. Breakfast was really good, and the parking was easy. The hotel is on a busy road, so expect some traffic noise.
The room was clean and tidy, staff were very polite and helpful. I didn't realise breakfast was included which was an additional bonus and was very nice. Slept really good on a very comfortable bed. The only thing to let it down was the shower pressure not being very strong. I will be staying here again.
