The shower was dirty, hair and weird brown water based stains on the wall. There were a considerable amount of unsavoury people in and around the hotel, one room opposite me had 4 drug users inside I know because they were talking about it openly in the hallway. There were 5 of us staying for business and we all said we would never stay again.

nothing fancy, just a typical budget chain hotel, comfy bed, hot shower, well located. Nothing too spectacular, though equally nothing to complain about, you know what to expect when you book this type of hotel & that is precisely what this provides.
