The description for this apartment outlines a 'fully stocked kitchen', however, there is one small pan (small enough to just cook peas) and one baking tray with a coating of thick grease. There is a couple of plates and cups that look like they could do with a good clean also. There is no microwave either so you are limited with what you can cook. The button for the flush on the toilet is hanging off the toilet and if fiddled with can actually flush the toilet. To top it off, we found a drugs kit in the garden, complete with a needle disposal box with the words "do not mix your drugs or you could overdose" on it, a plastic syringe, lighter fluid, lighter, used and new alcohol wipes, a big blue pill in a clear pot, and a set of digital scales.... We complained to the management about all of the above within hours of checking in and was told that "someone might be able to come fix the toilet".... but never did! When complaining about the drugs kit the management informed us that it was a diabetes kit despite the digital scales, lighter equipment and the fact that people with diabetes no longer use a needle with a syringe but instead a pen needle.. I would upload the picture but it isn't very family friendly. Hotels.com issued us a 50% refund and as a gesture of goodwill which the management tried to pretend it was their gesture of goodwill. For more honest reviews like this, google 'Your Apartment Bristol' which is the management company.
