Pierside Coastal Retreat is a spacious, stylish home just steps from the sea, designed for memorable group stays. Perfect for families, celebrations and multi-generational gatherings, it’s a place where everyone can come together in comfort and ease. With generous living spaces, thoughtful details and a well-equipped kitchen, everything is set up for relaxed, effortless time together. The seafront, pier, cafes and restaurants are all within walking distance - so once you arrive, you can simply settle in and enjoy.

🏡 The Space

Set on one of Clevedon’s prettiest streets, this elegant Victorian home blends period charm with a calm, coastal feel. Arranged over three floors, it comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests (plus an infant).

On the ground floor, you’ll find:

-A bright and inviting living room with wood burner - perfect for cosy evenings
-A separate snug/playroom with piano, Smart TV, board games and toys
-A spacious, well-equipped kitchen-diner with range cooker, ideal for cooking and -gathering
Bi-fold doors opening onto the enclosed, south-facing garden
-A convenient downstairs WC

The garden is a real highlight, with a hand-built Portuguese BBQ and plenty of space to relax, dine and enjoy time together.

🛏️ Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Upstairs, the house offers five beautifully presented bedrooms: four generous king-size rooms, and one flexible twin room (1–2 singles).

There are also two recently renovated bathrooms, including a freestanding tub and rain shower - perfect for unwinding after a day by the sea.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Designed for Groups & Families

The house is thoughtfully set up for larger groups and families, with:

-A well-equipped kitchen suited to cooking for 10
-Multiple living areas to spread out and relax
-Travel cot, highchair and bespoke stair gates
-Enclosed garden for children and dogs

As this was our own family home for many years, we’re delighted that guests often choose Pierside for family gatherings, milestone celebrations and multi-generational stays.

💻 Work-Friendly

For those needing to stay connected, there are two dedicated workspaces - one with a sea view and another overlooking the garden.

Everything you need is within easy walking distance:

-Clevedon seafront and historic pier
-Independent cafes, restaurants and pubs
-Marine Lake (popular for year-round swimming and now with its own sauna)
-Coastal walks including Poet’s Walk and Ladye Bay

You’re also just 10 minutes from Weston-super-Mare (sandy beaches), 20 minutes from Bristol, and the home is easily accessible from the motorway.

🌊 Local Highlights

Clevedon is full of charm and character. Highlights include the historic pier and coastal promenade, beautiful cafes and restaurants, the world’s oldest continuously running cinema, Marine Lake and sauna, and a range of water-based activities including paddleboarding and sailing.

For a simple pleasure, guests are welcome to borrow the home’s little red wagon and picnic blanket for relaxed days by the sea.

🐾 Dogs Welcome (on request)

Well-behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement. We’re happy to recommend beautiful walks right on your doorstep.

To maintain high standards for all guests, dogs are kindly asked to stay on the ground floor and garden areas. Wooden stair gates are fitted throughout.
