Check in was smooth but issue with heating in our room. To hot. Could not turn down or off. Reception said kmown issue and offered a fan which we accepted. However, no one came with fan. At breakfast asked again was told one would be brought up however by 4pm no fan. Asked third time and eventually got one. Second night fire alarm went off. Told to ignore and ignore a second one but to leave if third occurred. Two nights or limited sleep. Cimplained on check out to be told no compensation can be offered as booked via hotels.com which was incorrect info. Hotels.com called hotel who when investigating hung up and ignored further calls.
Breakfast small selection and not everything had labels.
