The music being played in the reception/bar area was not appropriate for the setting with many songs having expletives & racist language in the lyrics. Not exactly what you expect when there were children in the hotel or in any hotel. There was stains left on the toilet seat when we entered the room.

Great first impression walking in. Staff very professional. My bed sheet had stains on and one window was broken so couldn’t open it. Fan in bathroom not working, so ventilation not great. Overall good experience, breakfast was delicious and perfectly cooked and room was very quiet at night. Location was ideal to visit the area. I would stay here again.

Great Value

I wasn't expecting much from this property because it was very reasonably priced but it was actually a super hotel very large beds very comfortable and a spacious room. The shower gel was super nice and overall this Ramada is a great place with a nice breakfast also

Breakfast dreadful, tables not set, rubbish everywhere. Not a clean table to be seen. Arrived at 9.20. Nothing topped up. Only one member of staff. Very poor not worth the price !!.

We booked this hotel last minute and were pleasantly surprised! We chose a family room for two, and it was spacious, spotless, and in a quiet area, just what we needed. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. We had dinner at the hotel, and the food was good, the overall dining experience was enjoyable. Parking was an extra £5, but it was easy to find a spot, so no complaints there. The location was great too—there were grocery stores (including Waitrose and 24hours WHSmith), restaurants, and even a prepaid washing machine all within walking distance. Another great perk, it’s close to historical spots! We took a trip to Bath, which was about a 50-minute drive, making it a great base for exploring. What you see in the website is what you get in the hotel, its great value for money, especially if you have a car. I would recommend!
