Moyen .Beaucoup de poussière sur tous les meubles et objet .Toules d' araignée dans la cuisine . Housse de couette dans 1 chambre .Sinon la cuisine , salle de bain et toilettes propres.Côté agréable l'extérieur avec le jacuzzi .Logement bien situé dans une rue calme et à 15 minutes du centre historique.
