Our cheery, spacious & fully modernised holiday home is a perfect seaside haven for family or friendship groups. We've embraced colour to create a truly unique characterful space, with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a great family kitchen & lounge - you will be sure to make some wonderful memories in our 3 storey townhouse renovated in 2023.

Stepping into York Street you will be welcomed with a colourful decor which we hope you will love. We've thoughtful chosen comfortable furniture & combined with our love of style & art.

A large room where the family can gather, plenty of space to watch TV, play games, chat or relax with a book.

We have two extremely comfy sofas and plenty of comfortable seating, with a smart TV and lots of room to spread out.

*Kitchen/Dining*

Step into the fully modernised kitchen with a large table for family meals, we have a dishwasher, microwave, fridge & freezer, washing machine & coffee machine. It's bright airy space with huge windows, flooding the room with natural light & the window seat is a gorgeous spot to curl up and read a book. Easy to use kitchen, plenty of worktop so cooking tasks can be shared & is directly connected to the garden so it's easy to take a meal outside for al fresco dinning.

Broadstairs is a busy town at the height of Summer & parking is at a premium. This house has a private parking spot for 1 large car or 2 small cars.

First Floor

*Bedroom 1*

A kingsize bed in a comfortably fitted bedroom overlooking the courtyard garden. We have provided space to store your clothes. Relax into the memory foam mattress & enjoy a good night's sleep.

*Family Bathroom*

In keeping with the thread of colour, this pink tiled bathroom has an excellent shower over the bath, with a large mirror over the sink - all the mod cons for easy holiday living.

*Twin Bedroom*

Perfect children's room, but would also work for two adults...this room has two full size single beds & plenty of hanging storage and clothes storage. The colourful decor will delight the children in your family group.

*Bedroom 3*

Another kingsize bed which offers an excellent mattress and a restful night. This room is very spacious and overlooks the seaside town of Broadstairs. We have made sure there's space to hang your clothes and put away your things.

If you need the travel cot set up there is plenty of space in this room and in bedroom 5 to accommodate.

Second Floor

*Bedroom 4*

As with all our rooms, an excellent mattress on a kingsize bed, we do believe space and comfort are key ingredients to a holiday! Again, lots of colour & artwork to enjoy in this room.

*Shower Room*

A walk in shower with a large shower head is the hero of this room, stylishly laid out with huge mirror above the sink and handy storage.

*Bedroom 5*

Top of the house, the largest room with tiny sea glimpses from the window. Another kingsize bed which promises comfort and a peaceful night sleep, again plentiful hanging space and drawer storage. If you need to set up the travel cot this room has lots of space to do so.

Full access to the whole house. garden and parking. There is a cellar which is private for owner's use.

We are local hosts and available if you need any help. You will have the emergency contact details for Rachel & Spencer should there be any issues.

Broadstairs is wonderful seaside town, it has a safe sandy beach, bustling town centre with cafes, restaurants, bars and shops. There's plenty to do on the beach with traditional rides on the beach in summer. Viking Bay is just a few minutes walk away. In the summer there are weekly fireworks and in the winter, lots of lovely walks, dog friendly beaches and amazing places to eat.

our house is perfectly located, a few steps from one of the best Italians - La Sciliania & moments from excellent coffee shops. You can guarantee a wonderful holiday in this quaint little town.

The property is over 3 floors, the stairs aren't steep but if you are elderly or infirm you do need to consider this.
- Please, please respect our neighbours in this quiet residential street. We ask that you do not make excessive noise in or around the house, especially after 11pm. No parties or loud music are allowed.
- We kindly ask guests to respect the environment and the objects inside the house, and to leave everything as was found.
- Do not use candles or smoke in the house.
