Amazing home in Egernsund with sauna

This great vacation home is beautifully situated in a vacation home area by the attractive Marina Minde marina in Rendbjerg.



From the living room and balcony of the house you have a beautiful view of the Flensburg Fjord. The house is practically furnished with a kitchen area next to the dining area and a little offset from here - 4 steps up - is the nicely furnished living room with access to the balcony. The large southwest facing window area, provides plenty of views and light. The spacious house with 3 good bedrooms, large bathroom and guest toilet makes the stay pleasant and relaxing.



The area offers many activities at the marina and local restaurant. The child-friendly beach and a nice public playground are also very close to the house.

The vacation home is located directly on Gendarmstien. Gendarmstien is one of the most beautiful hiking routes in Denmark. The 84-kilometer coastal hiking route is divided into four daily stages: the mountain stage, the Tegl stage, the Krage stage and the beach stage. Each stage winds along the shores of the fjord, offering a varied and sometimes hilly landscape. Along the trail, you'll have plenty of opportunities to see rare plants and animals, as well as many interesting biotopes and landscapes - from orchids, frogs and birds to tunnel valleys, cliffs and rocky reefs.

Haus bei Übernahme in nicht akzeptablem Zustand: Klos verdreckt, Herd mit Speiseresten eingebrannt, Kühlschrank schmutzig, überall Hundehaare, etc. Kommunikation mit Novasol unzureichend.

Traumhafte Umgebung

Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Lage, ausreichend Platz für alle Mitreisenden. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Lediglich die Aufteilung der Schränke hat uns gestört, es gab kaum Ablagefläche, hauptsächlich die Möglichkeit, Kleidung aufzuhängen, dafür fehlten allerdings Bügel. Einige Schränke waren durch Bettzeug oder Kindebett bereits belegt.
