VRBO WAS EXCELLENT!
We arrived to find host had double booked, and claimed she had cancelled our stay weeks earlier. She had not and VRBO support staff confirmed she had not. We contacted VRBO support ourselves, and they were excellent, easy to deal with and put us up in a hotel for the rest of our stay. We are very pleased with VRBO. Support team and will book our next trip with VRBO. Kudos for customer support!

Great property
2 level apartment with 3 bdrms and 2 full baths downstairs and kitchen and living area upstairs. Nicely equipped for cooking. Partial view upstairs of the St Lawrence River. Very comfortable and clean. Only issue was reaching the property mgr on our way in...gave us a scare as she was not responding. Got back to us just as we arrived.
