Also, we are just a stone’s throw from the new casino and the rest of Hochatown’s entertainment options.

Guest access - You will have private access with a personalized door code for the entire cabin during your stay.
- There is a circular driveway that and a large gravel parking area in front of the cabin that can hold several cars.

Other things to note - The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!
- We require a fully executed rental agreement and a security deposit of $250, refundable 2 days after check-out upon property inspection.

- We do NOT offer refunds for weather, natural disasters, power outages, or anything else outside of our control.
- There are 2 outdoor security cameras on the premises, facing access points to the cabin with security monitoring service. The cameras are for your protection. Any attempt on tamper with or disable the camera, including by disconnecting the WiFi, will result in a $150 fine and you will be asked to leave.
- NO PETS allowed. We love our furry friends but please keep them at home
- Absolutely No Smoking
- Absolutely no fires inside. Unauthorized fires including candles will be charged $100 plus damages.
