Evergreen R&R is the perfect little getaway. This cozy 1 bed, 1 bath studio vacation is located in Timber Creek Trails. You are close, with a little distance, to all the new exciting things Hochatown has to offer.

Evergreen R&R features a small appliance stocked kitchen with all the things you would need to enjoy a relaxing vacation in, including your very own wine cooler. Stainless steel appliances throughout plus a washer and dryer to use during your stay. Cathedral ceilings give you a grand, luxurious feel as you enter. Enjoy your stay on the sofa in front of a gas burning fireplace, watching TV or cozied up on the back patio.

The full bath includes a doubles sink vanity, a large walk-in tiled shower with dual rain shower heads and soaking tub placed perfectly in front of the second gas fireplace and a TV overhead.

Walking out onto the back deck you are greeted with another fireplace, a gas cook grill, and a hot tub. Down below the deck, enjoy a fire and some smores around the fire pit.

Evergreen R&R has a deck on 3 of the 4 cabin sides giving you all the beautiful views of Hochatown. Whether you are honeymooners looking for a romantic getaway, couples looking for a new adventure or a retired couple looking for somewhere to get cozy and relax, Evergreen R&R would certainly love to have you.

Cuidan muy bien los detalles, muy espacioso y cĂłmodo. Todo muy bonito. Lo que no me gustĂł es que las toallas huelen feo, las lave en el ĂĄrea de lavado y el olor persistiĂł. En mi opiniĂłn necesitan toallas nuevas porque te queda el olor de humedad en el cuerpo. En el exterior en la parte trasera les faltan luces en el ĂĄrea de la fogosa, estĂĄ muy oscuro.

My girlfriend and I took a long weekend trip to Hochatown and the town was great, the lake was beautiful, and the cabin was perfect. Our host had the place spotless, the check in/ check out process was convenient, and the cabin was clean and well stocked. We would recommend this cabin and will be coming back for another visit.

Best Anniversary Trip Ever.
