Nestled in the woods, Kozy Nook Cabin in Broken Bow, Oklahoma is a professionally designed 1 bedroom/ 1.5 bath brand new cabin that is perfect for couples and small families. This is not just any cabin, it is our personal home and we are excited to share it with you.

It offers a retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city, and a staging point for adventures and memories. It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, and the nearby shops and restaurants whose warm and welcoming atmosphere make Hochatown, Oklahoma the best kept secret in vacationing.

This cozy cabin in Broken Bow is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the great outdoors. It is designed with a mix of Nordic and mid-century elements, and pops of color are added throughout to brighten the space. The cabin is nestled in the Ouachita National Forest, but is easily accessible from the main highway.

It is the ultimate place for couples who are looking to get away, however, as a family with 3 young children ourselves, we wanted to make sure we could accommodate young families as well. The cabin will fit 4 adults or 2 adults with 3 young children. We provide a pack & play, booster seat for the dining table, children's dinnerware and games for your convenience.

As you enter the front door, you will be greeted by an open and airy layout with soaring vaulted ceilings. Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a delicious home cooked meal. From the stove top to the oven, to the dishwasher and fridge, we've got you covered. It also comes stocked with basic spices, pots and pans, a microwave, Ninja Blender, Crock Pot, Rice Cooker, and Hand Mixer. Afterwards, enjoy your meals in our large dining room table, while enjoying the view outside.

Our coffee bar is equipped with a Keurig K-Duo coffee maker and an ample supply of various K cups, Folgers ground coffee, creamers, various sweeteners, and sugar so you can enjoy a delicious cup of coffee any time of day. In addition to delicious coffee, we also provide a variety of tea bags and hot chocolate for those who prefer something different.

Enjoy the comfortable chairs in our living room or snuggle up in our full sized sleeper sofa and share stories around the warm fire. Streaming apps such as Netflix and Disney + are available on our smart TV. A variety of board and card games are also available for your enjoyment.

As you enter our cozy bedroom, you will see our luxurious, king sized bed. We also have a writing desk for your use in case you need to bring some work from home. We have a half bath in the hallway. The main bathroom adjoins the bedroom. This bathroom is a spa-like oasis with a soaker tub, rain shower and dual vanities. We provide Public Goods shampoo, conditioner, body soap, lotion and hand soap. It's the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate after a long day. Inside the bathroom, you will find our full sized washer and dryer. We provide unscented laundry detergent for sensitive skin for your use. Our linen is also laundered with this.

Enjoy the peaceful sounds of nature in our back patio, snuggled up in our comfortable egg swing in front of the fire. On the patio, you will also find our 4 person hot tub , that is drained and sanitized after every guest leaves. Relax and soak your tired muscles in the warm water and let the stress of the day melt away. We also have an outdoor propane grill for your use. Propane is conveniently provided.

Play a game of corn hole, take a swing on our swings, and relax in our hammock. You can also roast marshmallows on our custom made fire pit. Roasting sticks are in the kitchen. We provide the firewood, so no need to bring your own!

RESERVATIONS:

* Must be 25 years or older to reserve the property. Primary renter must stay for the entire duration of the booking. No third party renters.
* The cabin is good for 4 adults or 2 adults with 3 small children. We provide a pack & play and booster seat for your use. Please bring your own linen for the pack & play.
* Rental agreement is required to be signed within 3 days of booking. Door code will not be released until signed.
* Security deposit hold of $300 is required upon booking. It will be collected separately by the property 2 days prior to check in.
* No refunds will be given for storms or power outages. The only exception is if there is a mandatory evacuation in the area.
* Travel Insurance is highly recommended.

* Insects, including but not limited to wasps, chiggers etc. are an integral part of the natural environment; please be aware that you are in the forest and they will be present. Please keep doors closed.
* Late check out and early check in are available but not guaranteed especially during the peak seasons.
*High Speed internet is available but not guaranteed at all times.
*Please note that cellphone service can be spotty in parts of Broken Bow
*Indoor Fireplace will not be operational from April 15 to October 1.
*Outdoor Fireplace will not be operational from May 1 to October 1.
* * Our cabin is located in Pine Hills North 3. We are situated between 2 other cabins. Although, the cabins are a good distance from each other, there will be times where you will be able to hear the guests from the other cabin.
