SERENE ON THE STREAM is a modern luxury cabin that overlooks a soothing, flowing, spring-fed stream. Perfect for couples or a small family, the cabin backs up to a forest of towering pine trees giving the sense of total seclusion from the outside world. Wildlife of all kinds can be seen while sipping your morning coffee on the expansive rear deck. Weyerhaeuser forest property is located directly behind SERENE ON THE STREAM ensuring complete privacy from nearby cabins. Skip a rock or dip your toes in the stream, hike and explore the acre+ property or just sit and enjoy the quiet of the wilderness. It’s your time . . . the choice is yours.

SERENE ON THE STREAM’s inviting, open floor plan boasts a vaulted ceiling and cozy, gas fireplace. The living room has a leather, queen size, pull-out sofa that provides additional sleeping for 2 guests and cozy accent chair, plus a reading nook area set along the windows with a perfect view of the tree canopy. A dining table with seating for 2, as well as bar seating for 3 at the kitchen island, provides amble seating for guests. The fully stocked kitchen has all the essentials and the black stainless steel appliances and custom live edge concrete counters give the kitchen a contemporary rustic feel.

The cabin’s master bedroom has a king size bed with luxuriously comfortable mattress and linens that will guarantee a restful night’s sleep. The spa like bathroom has a large, glass surround shower with body sprays, a separate soaker tub and waterfall edge quartz counter.

A “tree-house” feel can be experienced anywhere on the over 800 sq ft of outdoor living space. The deck has both covered and uncovered spaces, with inviting seating areas, a floor to ceiling rock fireplace, hot tub, gas grill and dining table for 4. Head down the side steps and walk over to the fire pit with chairs perfect for indulging in s’mores or to sit and chat about the day over a glass of wine.

SERENE ON THE STREAM’S warm welcoming interior is a perfect mesh of modern style and luxurious rustic. Floor to ceiling windows invite the outside in, creating a tranquil ambiance that guests will feel the moment they walk through the door. It was very peaceful on the back deck. There’s no cabins directly behind the property, so if you want privacy, this is a good option. The kitchen faucet, shower head, and soaking tub could use a little TLC, but it was still a wonderful experience to stay for a couple nights. It’s a great cabin for a couple’s getaway, and there’s plenty of amenities close by.

Beautiful!

This cabin was clean and cozy with beautiful views of the forest and stream. We loved sitting on the porch in the mornings and enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. Very close to all the restaurants/entertainment.

Peaceful and just what we were looking for

This cabin is amazing. I did not turn on the tv one time instead I enjoyed the back deck. The scenery was amazing. Location is where we love to stay. It is definitely very private and we are already planning to book our next trip to Hochatown at this cabin.

Perfect Getaway

Serene on the Stream is the perfect cabin for a weekend getaway. The back deck is a perfect place to drink your morning coffee and relax in the hot tub at night. The view into the trees is beautiful, and the sound of the stream is so soothing!

So relaxing. The deck was amazing and the hot tub. Had tornado warning and torrential rain storm one night which made the stream out back sound wonderful. Bed was very comfortable. We come to Broken Bow once a year for our anniversary and love the seclusion of being tucked away in the woods.

Great stay

Very clean; good amenities and ample cooking supplies. We cooked every meal for 2.5 days and felt well accommodated. Shower water pressure was a bit low and finicky. Maybe some things to tighten/fix there. Otherwise fine Location was very convenient and quiet area, tucked away from noisiness of major road. Good driveway with easy access (if you have more than 1 car, you’ll probably have to park on a bit of an incline). Loved our stay and would definitely book again!

Great Escape

Property was set on a very secluded roadway with minimal traffic. The cabin was very well decorated and furnished. Overall we had a great time relaxing and enjoying the scenery. Indoor and outdoor fireplace were not functioning nor had directions for using it, we just had to assume it wasnt operational. Shower was in need of repair as well, but didnt hinder its function. Would also like to see the coffee selection and condiments improved.
