"On Thurs., 0402.2026 @9pm - They broke into our room(s), mine #224 & others. The mgr Isaac Leonards didnt give a dayum, in fact, he further vitimized the victims (us). He said he'd have me arrested bc we were talkin out loud about it inna lobby & to others lettin them know to keep their valuables close. He said he wasnt gona address our concerns if we talk again & went back into his office. Hes an a$$hole & THE WHOLE A$$ all in one. He said he wasnt gonna check the cameras leading us to believe that it was an inside job. He said we'd have to get the cops involved. He was so dayum rude to us & disrespectful to our process. They stole our wallet, travel docs, passport, computer, money's, etc. They tried to blame us saying we left our door OPEN...Naaaah bish, you tried it. And itz obvious they jimmy rigged it open or sumn. As there are GAPING holes btwn door & wall. Once the cops showed up he gave them a very hard time with their investigation. He told them he could NOT show them the recordings as it was "company policy" & not his own. They were in shock as they had never heard such a thang. By the Grace of God they saw the video & the culprit. WE CHECKED OUT IMMEDIATELY. The legal process has only just begun.
In addition they dont clean the bathrooms very well. Toilet was hella dirty even after two ppl came to clean it. Third times a charm. We thought it was interesting & poetic to find a lady bug onna pillow b4 bed also. Hope thats symbolic for something good. 🙏 🙏 "
