The room was quite comfortable and easy to get to by use of elevator or through the garden. The garden was pretty cool and gave you acess to the pool, restaurants, etc. I only have one complaint and that was the body wash and conditioner bottles were empty in the shower. Otherwise a great stay.

I stayed at this hotel this week and descriptions that says rooms have refrigerator microwave. Also an airport show from into the airport. None that was available. I called for shuttle There is no shuttle. I had a two year-old with me. I had to order an Uber with a booster seat. Wait an hour and a half at the airport for someone available to pick me up then I get to the hotel is very dated The pool area was falling apart. The staff was great very helpful, but it is very old dirty and unsafe for small children if you’re looking for a cheap hotel just to stay in downtown I would recommend it but if you’re going with family, I will not stay at this place again.

This was an unusual stay. When i made the reservation valet parking was an option at $50/night. Before i arrive i received an email stating the $50 would be added to my stay. Optional? No! There is no public parking only valet & it wass $55 when i git there. Outrageous! Continental breakfast was $15, full buffet was 21, but they automaticly added a gratuity to that. It is an old buikding & had a little musty smell to it! Our room was basic & TV didnt work to begin with. No laundry bag, 1 trash can in bathroom & then no liner. They are proud of the fact that they give you 2 complimentary bottles of water & a $10 voucher towards on property concessions. But you paid $27 destinatin fee for that. Room door bottom 5" were delaminating. Needless to say i wasnt very pleased.

$65 dollar check in fee! When booking it stated free breakfast and parking!! HELL NO! $30 per person for breakfast $55 valet ONLY!!! No other choice for parking!! Staff was rude at check in. They did not even make eye contact with me just demanded my credit crated! The only nice person was one of the evening valet worker! Taking the time to offer an umbrella during the rain! 100 dollar fee for discount offers we can't even use unless we tour their new hotel for 4 hours!! The sheets, bed skirts, and pillows were stained with what looks like urine, food, and blood! I have attached photos!

Hotel wants to be nice but still a little run down. One host at front desk they don’t answer the phone. Coffee maker in room missing pieces downstairs Starbucks says open till 8pm but they close the coffee area at 6:00 because we booked through hotels they wouldn't give me closing bill. There wasn’t only valet parking for $55 a night. The pool is indoor, both night it rained one of the nights they let us swim and the other they closed it down due to the rain at 7 due to the rain. Which again we are in doors. All in all it was rough.

The hotel looked outdated, and dirty. The room we were in had a sofa bed on the listing and when we checked in I was told that per the fire code we were not allowed to have another bed in our room. The towel receptacle at the pool was full of trash and the front desk staff was so overwhelmed that the security guards were helping them out. Overall I would give this hotel 3 stars. That’s only because the hotel itself could be wonderful with a little tlc and less teen parties taking up the entire staff’s attention.

I absolutely loved stayed here. The location in the city was perfect. I had my morning Starbucks on the rooftop patio. The drinks at the onsite bar were delicious. My room was spacious the windows were from the floor to the ceiling giving us an amazing view. I will defintely book here again.
