Really lovely hotel, the place was clean the staff worked tirelessly to unsure everyone is served and happy. The premium breakfast was delicious only a bit cold. Apart from that an excellent hotel, I would stay again Staff is awesome James at Valet reception is amazing. Met some people who will be life long friends too

I was truly excited to stay with you all. I’m a person that loves ambience and good customer service. Customer service was excellent however….to pay soo much money and be limited on breakfast I thought was WILD! The bathroom shower water was cold never to warm up, the room was very small with a lack in decore, and parking was waaaay too high. My hope truley superseded my experience. In the same breath I could just not be the Omni customer and that’s ok. In that breath that’s not the kind of experience I’d try again.
