The hallway to my room was flooded with water and they had just thrown 3 or 4 towels over it. On top of that, the room had not been cleaned thoroughly and various items were in disrepair.

Room was clean, we didn’t eat the available breakfast. There was no one at the desk when I arrived to check in; I had to wait several minutes. There was no one at the desk when I got ready to check out. I would have liked to have a printed receipt. The bathroom did not have an accessible shower even though I had booked an accessible room. There are grab bars in the bathroom and tub but my husband cannot get in a bathtub. Overall the room was nice, clean and comfortable.

The room was extremely dirty and was long over due for basic maintenance. Rug was moist and the room smelt of mildew and mold. I was very upset as I always choose a Sheraton when possible.
