After booking at the airport due to a cancelled flight - we got to the hotel to find out it was under construction and had no water. You could use a shared toilet on the 3rd floor or wait until the water was turned on around dinner time - no guarantee that it would happen though. Also, water would be shut off before 9am. We lit $285 CAD on fire and went to another hotel. No water...no thanks - you shouldn't even be allowed to have guests book your hotel if that's the case.

Keep the Chef but update the rest. It’s a pretty pricey hotel for a room that they shut off the water for. Water kept going cold and my room had a bunch of fruit flies. Hope they do better because it could be a really good hotel

Check in lady was so very rude to me and others in the line checking in- no info given about the hotel, she didn’t smile to me or the others in the line- maybe she was having a bad day but it was not very nice. I said thank you to her she didn’t respond back. Customer service training would go very far.
