Because I made the reservation at 2am after being stressed by messing so many flights that day. I never saw that check in was 4pm and we needed a room at 2am so I called right back to say I made a mistake with the booking but they wouldn’t listen and never returned by money. So a bad rating for poor customer service and understanding.

It's fine

This hotel was very clean, but for the price I expected a bit more - it was sort of weirdly outfitted, crappy hotel room coffee, asked me to pay $10 for WiFi when the room cost $300 a night. It was fine, but I would probably try something else next time. The hotel shuttle is very convenient coming from the hotel, but does not go to the international terminal for pick ups.

Great property but very poor check in service and desk staff. Check in was 4pm, we arrived at 5:30 (and had to be at a semi formal event at 7pm) and our room was not ready. The lobby was full of people in the same situation going to the same event. We had to eventually change in the lobby bathroom and leave our bags. We never received an update about our room being ready. We return after the event at 10:30, and found our room was finally ready. No apology or consideration about the difficulties of the day. The staff really didn’t seem to care.

No internet unless you have Bon Voy, which is insane at this price point. A delivery fee of $5.00 is charged to your room service order even if it's a bottle of water for $2.00. I ordered soup because I was sick, called back 2min later to order water and was told that it was too late to add it to the open order so new ticket, new $5 fee... Room was dark, dank and old. Not worth the money.

This is an excellent and secure property and convenient to the airport. Our room actually looked out over the runway which was great. Area is a little rough a couple of miles away But in the hotel location its good. Ruby Tuesday and Malones a short drive away. Love the stay.
