The view was great. The room wasn’t clean like it should far as the bathroom. Hair was everywhere. The bed by the window was broken, my friend sat on the bed and the top mattress started to slide toward the window. Scared the crap out of her.

This use to be my favorite hotel in Altanta, but I'm sad to say the magic wore off a bit this trip. We were on the 70th floor so the views were breathtaking and watching the sunset was amazing. However there were some not so great moments. I saw a bug crawl across the desk. Tried to find it but could not. We kept our luggage zipped up so it did not come home with us. The In Room Dining button on the phone just rings. Ordered wings which were delicious last time I was there. Not so much this time. I only ate 2. Carpet could use a cleaning if not replaced. It would be nice if there were USB ports near the beds. I will try a different hotel next time in the city. I'm not saying I'll never come back but this place is no longer a definite hotel for me and my family. Great location but not the only option.

While the GPS put us at the back entrance instead of the front with the valet parking. The staff and the hotel itself was phenomenal. We had an upgraded room that included the breakfast tin the morning, which was also delicious. Even though we were only there for a night, I highly recommend this hotel, just know that if you dont have valet, you will have to find a public parking area.

Great Staff

We stayed here 3 nights. All the people we interacted with were very helpful. My kids loved the pool. The only downfall, I’m not sure if I needed to request it or not was the housekeeping did not step foot into our room our whole stay. Our trash started to pile up and we ran short on towels and coffee. I did bump into a housekeeper and asked them if I could get some extra coffee and creamer and they were very happy to assist me. When it was time to leave I needed a cart to get our luggage down to the car. I found a man down by valet and he told me it was his job to help get the luggage to our car. I cannot brag on him enough. He was very polite and helpful, I did not expect this.
