The check in process was terrible. Arrived @ 1630 hrs. With reservation docs in hand. 1st. Not on-site parking available. 2nd. Room not ready when checking in. 3rd. Several Long lines and "front desk computer stations. 4th. Lobby area, bar area and other common areas were overcrowded with no available sitting. 5th. Should have been a hotel manager greeting guest with explanation. and directing to the appropriate check-in station. From the time I finally got up to a check-in station until i received my actual room assignment and key was approximately 2 hrs. We will NEVER utilize this Facility again and I will discourage other people from using as well. Very. very very displeased with the stay at your hotel. The management should have offered a reduction in the cost, should have offered to validate/comp the parking fees. Could have at least offered a complimentary bar tab.

The shower curtain liner was dirty, I mentioned it to the housekeeper and he said he didn’t have another one! Other than that, it was fine!

There was clothing found in our room when we arrived. And the television was not working. After 3 hours of waiting, maintenance fixed the issue with the TV
