Relaxing environment with pool et magnificent views of Cevennes and Mont Bouquet

Welcome to our home! You will be seduced by the peacefulness, the exceptional views of the Cévennes, and the comfort of the place. Located in a quiet area at the top of an authentic village, Brouzet les Alès, our charming stone house with swimming pool, garden and air conditioning awaits you. At the foot of Mont Bouquet, you can enjoy beautiful walks in the surrounding area (not to be missed: the sunset over the plain and the ruins of Castellas). Another asset of our village, the Mediterranean is not far away and you can easily spend the day there.

Our home can accommodate 4 adults, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living-dining room, and an equipped kitchen.
Please note: Given the layout of the rooms, the presence of interior steps and a swimming pool on the terrace, we do not accept children under 12 years old for safety reasons. Thank you in advance for your kind understanding.

In this beautifully decorated stone house, you will find 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a 160cmx200cm bed, the other, with an attached bathroom, is equipped with a 140cmx190cm bed. The large living room, very bright, opens onto a fully equipped kitchen. You can enjoy your meals while enjoying the exceptional view of the Cévennes. The house is very well insulated and therefore very cool during the summer. But there is air conditioning if needed, powered by solar panels. The entrance has been transformed into a winter garden with a reading corner where you can take off your shoes comfortably.
On the garden side, a barbecue and a picnic table will allow you to enjoy your meals while enjoying the grandiose views of Mont Bouquet and the Cévennes. You can also eat on the terrace, with a view of the swimming pool and the garden. Without forgetting aperitifs around the swimming pool, comfortably seated in the garden furniture.
To ensure the smooth running of your stay, we will be present discreetly in another part of the house, with an independent and separate entrance.
