On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living and dining area featuring an open-hearth fireplace intended for decorative purposes, a flat-screen satellite TV, and air conditioning. This level also includes 1 bedroom furnished with a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, equipped with its own air conditioning unit. The ground floor is further completed by a fully equipped open kitchen and a shower room with bidet and WC. Direct access from the ground floor leads to the terrace and the swimming pool area. On the upper floor, a second living and dining room offers additional communal space, also fitted with a flat-screen satellite TV and air conditioning, with its own exit to a terrace. This floor hosts 2 further bedrooms: 1 room with a French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and 1 room with a bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, both benefiting from individual air conditioning. A second open kitchen and a shower room with WC complete the upper level.
