Our stay had some amazing pieces and then some disappointing ones. Our room was small but gorgeous. It was what we had booked (I think standard) so not unexpected. The bed and shower were the best I've ever had on vacation and I travel a lot. The downside was that we had arrived early because of flights and trains and when we asked (at 1pm) about the room being ready early (after touring the town for hours) was responded with a shockingly rude answer that the rooms are only ever ready at 3pm. The challenge is that there is no lobby. Nowhere was offered for us to sit so we left and sat on a bench outside. My husband then went in and asked about options. I was shocked at the words and tone of voice.

This hotel was a little tricky to find, but that added to the fun of the trip. It’s located in a quiet area near a park but within minutes of lively streets, restaurants, and shops. Check-in was excellent. The front desk staff were very friendly and thorough, going over all hotel information in detail. They even carried our bags up to the room, which was a lovely surprise. There is no elevator; we stayed on the top floor of the 2–3 story building, and the stairs were easy to manage. The hotel is newly renovated and boutique-style, with furnishings reflecting its charm. The bed was extremely comfortable, and there’s an on-site restaurant offering made-to-order breakfast, though we found it a bit pricey and ate elsewhere. The only drawback was the heavy fragrance in the lobby and common areas from a partnered vendor’s products (candles, soaps, incense), which could be overwhelming for those sensitive to scents. Overall, a stylish and comfortable hotel in an excellent location.

This was the smallest room I've ever stayed in (about 300 sq. ft.) It felt even smaller because the the bed was king sized, which meant you could barely walk around the bed. Thermometer was difficult to manage so the room was very stuffy as well. No place for suitcases. No elevator so you had to lug your own baggage up and down the very narrow stairs. It was a beautiful location and a lovely looking building but we will never stay there again.

The hotel was set in a beautifully quiet and pretty area within 10 minute walk of the station. It was immaculately presented and all the communal areas were delightful and especially lit up in the evening where you can have a fireside outside drink. Our room was small but perfect fot 1 night. Bathroom was beautiful and bed extra comfy. I would definitely return and thank you to the friendly staff.

What a gem! Truly beautiful setting in historic building that’s been renovated with modern touches and although there is only stairs up to 3rd floor, the specious room and large bath felt like home. Wonderful bed and linens, excellent check in service and most delicious brunch and dinner… the restaurant and outdoor garden bar were highlights of our entire stay. Surrounded by trees of the park we w joyed a peaceful atmosphere and very memorable time. The front desk personnel greeted and helped us take luggage to our room, however small this hotel we felt very appreciated and got excellent service from restaurant staff and the quality of food and drinks was superb! 5 stars in my book!

Motorbike trip.

Wonderful staff at check in. 100% secure motorbike parking in a gated car park. Lovely venue on the edge of the city centre. Staff were so good. Hotel is brilliant. Breakfast was one of the best i have had. Its a really short walk into the city centre and i would 100% recommend this hotel.

This unique hotel provided all the comforts you would expect of a 4* hotel. In addition, the glorious outside bar provided a perfect place to unwind at the end of the day. The hotel was conveniently situated for the mainline station and the town centre. The staff were friendly, helpful and superb.

A wonderful first time stay here. Our room, 103, was fantastic, we will definately come back again. Food in the resturant was excellent. The tented outside bar area is comfy and adds to the overall feel of the place. Staff are all friendly, with the right level of attentiveness to make the overall experience feel special.

Nice comfortable boutique hotel

We stayed 3 nights at this Boutique Hotel during our trip. This hotel is located in a quiet location but still close enough where we could walk into the center of Bruges. The only negative comment was that we could hear the tenants above our rental unit until the late evening hours.
