Welcome to our home away from home -Salty Breeze!
Salty Breeze is a large and comfortable 3 bedroom town home located in one of the best neighborhoods on St Simons - we're close to the St Simons Pier Village and the beach, and have a neighborhood pool for you to relax and enjoy.


THE SPACE

Our home has a generous size kitchen and open concept family & dining space. There's a large master suite and two guest rooms (detailed below). The home has a garage and all floors are serviced by a private elevator!
You enter the home from the back through a spacious 2-car garage. We love the convenience of loading luggage into the elevator with drop off on each floor. There is also a conventional staircase inside that serves all levels. The large garage features an extra fridge and foosball table, as well as storage for beach items. The second level offers all your living space with a large updated kitchen and plenty of seating space and tables for dining, puzzles, games and conversation. The third contains the 3 bedrooms:

* Primary Suite: King size bed, flat screen TV, and en-suite bath. The extra-large master bedroom has plenty of room for a pack-n-play or even extra bedding.
* Two additional fold out twin size sleeper pads, stored under the master king bed if you need them.
* Guest Room 1: Queen bed.
* Guest Room 2: two twins.

The guest rooms share a spacious hall bathroom with combo tub/shower. There is also a full size washer and dryer for your use. Enjoy the breezy balcony overlooking beautiful, quiet woods, and a large park and playground beyond. For a walk in the park with kids or dogs, cut through the woods on the nature trail directly behind the unit.

St. Simons is a friendly community where you will be greeted by warm friendly locals. They are always eager to help and share a fond story. Rest assured, you will want to make this your home too. So, don't get in a hurry. Take a stroll or bike ride on the bike paths scattered throughout the island. Enjoy the sunrises at the beach or the sunsets at the pier overlooking our famous Sidney Lanier Bridge. Salty Breeze is in Demere Landing, unit 168.


Located on the south end of the Island, St. Simons Pier Village district serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining and gathering on the pier and nearby lighthouse, playground and picnic areas. Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the way, you'll find the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park with its ocean side pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater.

Pets: This home is dog friendly with $150 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.

Elevator: This property offers an elevator. As a residential elevator it is not guaranteed to be ADA compliant.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend(last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups.We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

Booking Policy: Unfortunately we can't host reservations that create 1-2 night gaps.

If a Damage Waiver is listed amongst charges, this is a fully refundable damage deposit - not a fee.
