This cozy 2 bedroom house is newly renovated. You will enjoy the mid/south-island location close 2 many shops & restaurants. You can easily walk to Redfern Village and other entertainment. The King & Queen beds & the living room has a brand new queen size sleeper sofa. The unit comes w/ new furnishings & reliable wifi. Just outside the house is a huge private fenced backyard for great outdoor living. Usage to 4 bikes (Beach Cruisers) for an additional fee. This location does NOT have a grill.

This is the main, private house that is attached to a cute apartment (kind of like a townhouse).

This house is in a great location on Demere Rd. Road noise may be heard during your stay. However, the speed limit is slow enough for golf carts, so no fast traffic.

Close to Redfern Village, short drive to beach and pier.

Has full size washer dryer in unit.

PLEASE NOTE: IF BOOKING A FRIDAY OR SATURDAY NIGHT, A 2 NIGHT MINIMUM IS REQUIRED (UNLESS THERE IS ONLY 1 NIGHT LEFT AVAILABLE).

NO PETS or ANIMALS - Due to allergies, we have a strict no pet or animal policy. Any guests agree when booking this property that in the event of an animal entering the property, the guests will immediately be required to vacate, the remainder of their trip will be cancelled without any refund provided. Additionally, guests agree when booking this property that he/she will pay a pet (or animal) fee of $200 per pet (or animal) per day.

PLEASE NOTE: Although the island remains unchanged in comparison to other areas because of the pandemic, I can’t guarantee the status of amenities, shops, and restaurants during this odd time. Unfortunately, if something is closed that is out of my control, I would be powerless in trying to force them to be open. Please just be aware of this if your are booking a property anywhere during a global pandemic

Nice clean spot convenient to things
It's a nice clean rental with modern appliances and it is well equipped. Convenient location. The only downside is that there really isn't anywhere convenient to park to unload luggage and stuff. The parking is way around to the side and you either have to bring everything through the yard (no path) or around to the front of the house. And since the "back door" is a sliding glass door you pretty much have to go all the way around to the front with all your stuff or go through a muddy back yard area (again, no path and no doormats) A path and a locking back door would add a lot. Otherwise, nice place

The home was very clean with comfortable furnishings and ample space. The owner was very responsive to questions and concerns. The home was in walking distance to a store, coffee shop and bakery. The title “Beach House “ was misleading. Getting to the beach involved a drive in very busy traffic to the beach access where parking was a bit of a hassle. We didn’t use the bikes that were offered because they looked dated and in poor condition. The biggest downside of this property was the traffic noise. Earplugs were required to sleep in the bedroom facing the street. The living room noise was constant. A city person might be able to ignore the traffic, but for us it was a dealbreaker for an otherwise nice place.

A Little Gem
I rented this property for my mom and three friends. They are all over the age of 65. It was a clean, spacious unit without stairs. This was important to them. The location was great! The property manager was quick to respond to anything and the vacation was easy and fun. The description of the property was as expected. I would rent this for them again!

Spacious and Renovated
This apartment is more like a home, since it actually is 2/3rds of a house. It is very spacious with a big kitchen. The bedrooms are very nice with comfortable beds. Everything seems new and clean. Large TV with Hulu streaming. It is right on the street so the smaller bedroom has highway noise. We used a sound machine so were fine.
