Disappointed

The hotel showed age with worn carpets in the hallways and stairs. And the one elevator was also well used. Our room was a suite and was sparsely furnished with hardwood (faux) floors. It was clean but didn’t look like any of the photos for the property. Unfortunately there was a fire alarm during our stay that contributed to our unfavorable experience. We left early and passed on the breakfast that seemed decent. The hotel is in a good location just off l-95 and is pet friendly. This is certainly a major appeal to many people as it was full the night we stayed.

Disappointing Stay

Hot tub "out of order". Tub shower really needs regrout. Bathroom door hard to close. Some equipment in the breakfast area not working. Property overall in need of updates. When we came down for breakfast we learned that the fire alarm had gone off earlier but we never heard it up on the third floor.

The room was gross, black hair all over the towels and floor, and a musty smell. Also the woman was wagging her finger at me telling me I couldn't take the stale breakfast back to my room, "must eat here" . Coffee was watered down. Trash all over the property.

We were put on 3rd floor there was a dog barking in a room we ask to be moved they did move us To other end of the hall. Room was not very clean my sock were black from walking in the room The air conditioner was not working properly the hotel appears old and outdated would not consider staying here again at all.

Downhill from last time we stayed.

The refrigerator was so loud that we had to unplug it. The coffee pot didn’t work. No iron in the room. Went to desk and she stole one from another room. The sheets were stained. The towels need some Clorox they were really dingy. Also nothing for breakfast. Finally a man came in and made her bring more out.

Don’t waste your money

This place was horrible. The first room we were checked into had a preroll for a joint on the bathroom shelf, dirty towels hung over the shower bar, and had crab(the food) in the freezer. My daughter, whom was with me this trip, is allergic to fish and shellfish. She carries an epi pen for this reason. We went back to the front desk explaining that the room had not been finished being cleaned, what we had found, and the need to move rooms. The guy at the front desk said” opps sorry- try this one” and gave us a different room. This room had a broken door lock, little tiny bugs in the bathroom corners(small/baby silverfish type), a used soap bar stuck to the top of the towel holder, a bottle of margarita in the freezer, and a sour smell to the room. We took the margarita down to the front desk and asked for a manager. We were informed that there were no more rooms to try and the manager would not be in until Monday(this was a Friday). At this point we had been on the road for 15 hours so we went across the street to Taco Bell, came back to room to eat. When we lowered the blinds the mildew and water stains on them explained the smell in the room. We had already checked the beds for bedbugs (I mean really you would too at this point) and we went to bed. I put a chair under the door handle for safety. Breakfast was no better. They were out of everything- no juice, no yogurt, no fruit, no eggs, it was toast, my daughter was able to get enough batter 4, 1 waffle.
