Perhaps registration desk employees, the first ones guests encounter, could be a little more welcoming and friendly. Those at my check-in were by no means rude or unwelcoming, but they could have shown just a bit more of a "glad to see you" attitude. Other staff members were friendly and acknowledged guests' presence in places such as the breakfast area and hallways. The housekeeping employees were pleasant and smiled when seeing a guest, and it is touches such as that which make me want to return to the same facility in the future.
