I came in to check in after driving 2 and 1/2 hours, and was told my reservation was canceled. No explanation, or anything. I didn't received a phone call, email, or anything. They blamed it on expedia, but expedia still had my reservation active. After they called the hotel to speak on my behalf the clerk had no empathy. He didn't even try to help me, he just stated that expedia would refund you your money.

Jake was the desk clerk when we checked in. He was professional, attentive, and even got me an extra pillow and blanket! Check in was a breeze. Room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again

Everything was very satisfying at this facility. Other than I had to request cleanup as soon as I checked in b/c of excessive hair on the bathroom floor. The breakfast was ok but the grits was so UNDER cooked. Overall my experience was good. I would consider another stay here.
