We highly recommend you catch the Sassy Peach spirit and get transported to relaxing Island time. Wake up and enjoy breakfast on your private porch. Stroll over to the beaches, pier or Neptune park under the canopy of the Spanish moss covered live oaks. You and your friends can enjoy splashing in the heated pool. Or mosey over to nearby beaches. In the evening, walk over to one of the Village’s many fine eateries or put everyone to work in the huge fully equipped kitchen, cooking up Low Country Boil for the entire clan! For dessert hop and skip over to Moo Cow, the best ice cream on the island, just a stone’s throw away.

Sassy Peach Cottage melds charm and space: 5 Bedroom/5 Bathroom (featuring two master suites), gourmet kitchen, amazing great room where the whole family can gather. There is also plenty of space for separate activities, send the kids to the 3rd story suite. The third floor suite has a family room with TV/fridge/microwave/games. All three levels boast private porches with ceiling fans. It is sooooo easy to relax, slow down and smell the azaleas on Island time.

What is "Island Time," you might be thinking. Island Time is that that singular wink in time when your soul knows paradise is found. You know you’ve (inexorably and for the moment) left the rat race behind. You wake up to the soothing sounds of the surf and birds singing, rather than at the shrill shriek of an alarm clock. Great Roomy Location!
Our family spring break trip at the Sassy Peach Cottage was great. The house is very spacious! The heated pool was a huge hit with the children. Just a couple of suggestions for the owners. Repair the doors to the washer and dryer closet and a few of the kitchen cabinet drawers. A refresh of the pool furniture cushions and the grill is needed. Two outdoor garbage cans would have been nice. Other than that, the property is great and very centrally located. The linens and beach towels were nice. We loved our stay. The owners were responsive. We would rent this house again.

Sassy Peach Location Can't be beat!
On the Island for our daughter's wedding and the house was perfect for our needs. The location was perfect for the beach and the Pier Village. Easy walking distance to both! House was very clean and lots of space for everyone. Pool was a big hit with the kids! Would book again without hesitation. Brandon was great and very quick to responded when we had questions. Top Shelf VRBO!

Quiet Peaceful Getaway
We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived and there was a decorated Christmas Tree that gave the spirit and warmth of the season. The home was spacious and well equipped for our family of seven. Fabulous house & location!
We were in SSI for our annual girl's trip. This house was perfect and fit our needs (each person got their own room), the beds were comfortable, most import to me! The location was even better... just park your car and walk.
