Welcome to Salt Air Villas Unit 214! The private, gated Salt Air Villas community is a quiet condo community located a short 1/2 mile from the best beaches, restaurants and shopping on St. Simons Island! Unit 214 is a nicely updated king bed efficiency unit with a bunk room. Guests will have access to covered gated parking, the Salt Air Villas community pool and a private balcony. The living area and king bed area doubles as a living area with a large 55" HD Smart TV, two sitting chairs and a sofa. The comfortable King bed offers storage for personal belongings underneath for guests during their stay. The large balcony off the living area is the perfect place to sit back and enjoy morning coffee while watching the wildlife natural area below.

Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (4 persons). Events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc. are not permitted.

The bunk room offers guests two twin-size bunk beds with storage for clothing during their stay and is a perfect kids hideaway! The bathroom is spacious and updated with a large shower and private water closet area. The washer and dryer are tucked away in the closet off the bathroom space.

Nice Condo Great Location
The condo was nice and in a great location. The only complaint is the very loud refrigerator that would run all day and night. Also, the upstairs neighbor was very loud stomping until 1-2 am.

Quiet and clean
This was a very nice condo. Clean with nice decor. The location was great and situated near the village, restaurants and beaches. My teen slept comfortably in the bunk room. Loved sitting on the balcony and the fan offered a nice breeze. We happily used the pool. It was clean and a nice way to spend part of the day. The bathroom was large and having the washer and dryer was fantastic! Beach chairs and beach towels were nice to have for the beach. The only addition I would add would be a small cooler for folks traveling from afar who don’t have one. I slept great here. It was not loud at night. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Cute Condo on the Island
The condo is attractive and a comfortable size for 2 adults or a small family. The balcony is private and the building is quiet. Salt Air Villa is perfectly located near the beach and the village. The management was very responsive with some minor requests. I would recommend staying here for a cute beach weekend.

Worked Great for what we needed
This place was as advertised. Great location within biking/walking distance to most of the stuff you want to be close to. We stayed with our two 6 foot plus teenage boys and they were fine with the bunk beds although the place is probably better suited to younger kids. No complaints though at all.
