Located on the 7th floor of a serviced residence, this modern and spacious apartment offers a comfortable stay with guest support, concierge services, and cleaning on demand. Perfectly situated next to a metro station, it provides quick access to NATO and EU Headquarters.



The Space:

✔ Bright & Airy Living Space – Large windows. The living area features a comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV with Netflix, and a dining area.

✔ Fully Equipped Kitchen – Includes a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, and tableware.

✔ Three Comfortable Bedrooms:

Master Bedroom – Large bed with an en-suite bathroom featuring a bathtub.

Bedroom 2 & Bedroom 3 – Each furnished with a double bed.

✔ Two Bathrooms & Separate Toilet:

Main Bathroom – Sink and shower.

En-suite Bathroom – Sink and bathtub.

✔ Baby cot (Travel Pack 'n Play) available upon request (€10).

✔ Luggage storage available free of charge for early check-in or late departures.

✔ For your safety and that of the building community, this property has cameras located on the common areas of the building.

Need the Sofa Bed? Just Let Us Know!



At Nested, your comfort is our priority. In apartments equipped with a sofa bed, we're happy to prepare it with fresh linens and everything you need, just let us know in advance!

To ensure a smooth check-in experience, please request the sofa bed setup before your arrival date.

If the request is made after check-in, a 75€ service fee will apply to cover preparation and logistics.



Towels:

● Fresh towels are provided upon arrival.

● Additional towel requests will incur an extra fee.



For stays longer than 7 days:

The first additional towel request is free of charge.

The second and any subsequent requests will be subject to an additional fee.



Cleaning Request:

● For stays of 28 days or more, we offer a complimentary bi-weekly cleaning service, including towel and linen exchange, to ensure a fresh and comfortable stay.

● For stays of less than 28 days, cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee.



Cleaning & Maintenance Team Working Hours:

● Cleaning & Maintenance Team Availability: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CET.

● Emergency Maintenance: Extended until 10:00 PM CET, subject to analysis.

● Guest support is available from 9:00 AM – 12:00 AM CET

Other Things to Note:

Here’s what you need to know:

● Pets Accepted: Small dogs under 13 kg only. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cats or other pets.

● Approval Process: Let us know your dog’s breed, size, and any relevant details for pre-approval.

● Security Deposit: A refundable deposit is required to cover any potential damages or extra cleaning.

● Guest Responsibility: We kindly ask that your dog is well-behaved, house-trained, and does not disturb the neighbors.

● Guest support is available from 9 a.m. to midnight, seven days a week. Additional cleaning on demand is also available at a surcharge.

● We allow a 30-minute grace period after the official check-out time (11 am). After this period, a late check-out fee will be applied. Additionally, any damage or staining to the couch, as well as any unauthorized additional guests, will result in extra charges.

● The apartment is intended exclusively for accommodation purposes.
