An excellent weekend in Brussels at the Aris hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast had lots of choices, 2mins walk from Grand Place. Staff were friendly and helpful, nice buzz from their cafe during the day

Great location, very close to grand place. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Only issue we had was the lifts, one was not working and the other, the ground floor button occasionally did not work, which was an inconvenience.

Location location location. This property is not only in a perfect location to any tourist coming to Brussels, but Lloyd’s downstairs is very fresh delicious food! Definitely take advantage of the discounted breakfast offerings upon booking. You will not be disappointed. The only reason I have anything to complain about, is that we were on the first floor near the Main Street. Unfortunately, we had a lot of road noise that came into our room and was quite disruptive. Another random quirk, the bathroom didn’t have an exhaust and would get very humid. All are minor issues, but the key factor was the staff and location for this property. Fantastic highly recommended!

The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the heart of Brussels just steps away from the main square. However, the main issue is that we did not receive the room we had paid for. Instead of the larger room we booked, we were given a much smaller one. At the end of our stay, I confirmed with the front desk that the room was indeed different from what I had reserved. I was told to email the manager, but even after several days I have not received a response. It is disappointing to pay for one room and be given something else entirely, and this really affected my overall impression of the stay.
