Room was spotless and the staff were very helpful. The room was quiet and I felt very safe in the space which was important as a solo traveler. The location was central which I wanted.

Really pleasant stay and room was very clean and had all the mod cons needed. Hotel itself was well located and only a two minute walk from grand place. Didn’t eat here but breakfast was always busy so must be good if the locals eat here. Really enjoyed the stay overall and would stay again.

The reception staff were exceptional, always courteous and very helpful. The hotel room was spacious and clean with tea/coffee making facility. The location of the hotel was very good being in the centre of all main tourist sites. The breakfast provided by Lloyd Eatery not so great.

Fantastic location and beautiful property. Perfectly centralized in the city. Walking distance to metro. Room are fresh and modern, looks like they were recently updated. All amenities included. Hotel staff super friendly and always willing to help. Would absolutely stay here again
