Fabulous friendly staff, thank you! Clean & tidy room, complimentary coffee/tea & water machine in hotel entrance was a very nice touch. Great location as a base to travel around Brussels or Belgium. Just 100mtrs from Gare the Midi Station & only 10/15 mins walk to Grand Place & many attractions. The only very small negative was the immediate surrounding streets were a little run down & untidy, after sundown it could make you feel uncomfortable walking around., but must clarify that we didn’t experience any problems. Overall it’s great!

This ticked the boxes for me after staying in the B and B hotel at Troisdorf, there was as a funfair in the vicinity to walk to and after visiting there found a bar for a couple of drinks and then wander back to hotel and got a coffee which was free to guests, breakfast in the morning was okay but being continental it was sufficient before my journey home to England. I would stay here again.

The location of the hotel was good as it was 5mins from the Eurostar train station. Staff were friendly and helpful, check in was fast. We were able to leave our luggage before check in and also after check out which was really helpful. Sadly the breakfast was really disappointing. No toaster, not alot of choice for vegetarians. Room and bathroom was small.

Great hotel close to station

Excellent for Eurostar users in transit. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Free tea and coffee is available at the cafe-bar area in reception. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The hotel room was small. It is very conveniently located close to the train station, but it is a rougher part of town. We felt safe however, my wife probably would not have. The staff are great!

First time in Belgium

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was small, but had everything needed to make our stay enjoyable. We liked the fact that tea and coffee was available at any time in reception area.

Located across street from train station so was convenient for walking on arrival but VERY noisy. Accommodations were not satisfactory. AC didn’t work. Couldn’t sleep with window open due to noise and no screen on windows. Elevator was out of service one day and no hot water in the mornings for a shower. Area overall was rough and wasn’t the safest.

Nice to let us check in early. But in just one night the only elevator broke, the ac did practically nothing so had to sleep with noisy window open, and the hot water wouldn't work all morning so we couldn’t shower.
