Very nice hotel in the forest

Very clean rooms, very friendly staff, nice swimming pool. The 1 hour is too little to use the swimming pool. i suggest to increase the time..

Not-so-good experience. Breakfast was good, dinner at the restaurant was not. There is a limit of 1 hr per person per day for pool access which is not mentioned anywhere. Some towels in the rooms were dirty. The front staff is very dry.

I loved how it away from the city and the peace it has just from the outside! Amazing customer service the reception worker Francis was amazing took care of me and made everything possible for things to work out would come back there in a blink of an eye one of the best I’ve been to! A gem in the forest.

A little gem in the Belgium countryside. I went here for a work conference and was really impressed. Ideal for corporate events, or just a place to stay. Everything was 1st class, from food, accommodation and service. Beautiful area for walks and runs and great leisure facilities. Wondeful setting, very peaceful and green, so left feeling very relaxed.

Beautiful location. Quiet comfy room. Amazing breakfast buffet - best we’ve ever had. Only downside was that I was advised the gym was open any time - went down the next morning to find it closed for refurbishment. Very disappointing.

I booked the property based on the fact you stated the room would have a refrigerator, which was what we was looking for in a room for our toddlers milk. Especially during the hot temperature to keep other drinks cold for our children, the duvet wasn't big enough for two on the sofa bed, Also we didnt see the hot tub that was also advertised. Apart from these issues the hotel was what we expected. Good location, clean and good choice of breakfast options. Maybe have more staff cooking omelettes during busy times. Waited in line for almost half a hour.

This should have been amazing but was a terrible stay. There was no hot running water. It was not communicated upon arrival. Response from staff was very unprofessional...stating you been unlucky. I informed them shower head mouldy and broken but no action was taken to replace it. Pool during family time was very cold so much so that after 15mins we had to exit as kids were turning cold with blue lips. Sign stated 30.5 degrees pool temperature. When raised with staff they were not surprised and said something was wrong but they cant do anything but will informa manager. Room service food was terrible. Burger dry over cooked, pizza undercooked, staff couldn't adjust the order to required preference as all pre made. For a resort claiming 5 stars they are far from servicing 5 star. Breakfast was chaos, chef was behind refilling food. There was clear chaos in the restaurant team during peak. Location is amazing with stunning woods and perfect to unwind. There is tons to do bit service being low makes you think if its worth the spend. One night stopover on our roadtrip which could have been amazing turned out to be a very unpleasant stay. Far from a 5 star resort claim...you need to improve. Lastly got charged for the night again at checkout as their system doesnt take the info properly from thirdparty. Make sure to check your bill and not pay twice if you prepaid. Luckily spotted before i left.

Good enough stay

Reception staff were adequate and not as friendly and welcoming as other places. Restaurant manager and waiter plus the barmen Liam and Abdul were great and especially the Irish chef in the restaurant, he was just fantastic. Carpets in the hallway and rooms need to be replaced and it is oils feel more like a 4 star.
