Bathroom: Refreshing shower, sink, and separate toilet.

Family-Friendly: Baby cot on request.

Location: Prime spot near Grand Place, major streets, and metro stations for easy city access.

Need the Sofa Bed? Just Let Us Know!

At Nested, your comfort is our priority. In apartments equipped with a sofa bed, we’re happy to prepare it with fresh linens and everything you need, just let us know in advance!
To ensure a smooth check-in experience, please request the sofa bed setup before your arrival date.
If the request is made after check-in, a 75€ service fee will apply to cover preparation and logistics.

Towels:

● Fresh towels are provided upon arrival.
● Additional towel requests will incur an extra fee.
● For stays longer than 7 days:

The first additional towel request is free of charge.
The second and any subsequent requests will be subject to an additional fee.

Cleaning Request: cleaning available upon request subject to an extra fee.

Cleaning & Maintenance Team Working Hours:

● Cleaning & Maintenance Team Availability: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CET.
● Emergency Maintenance: Extended until 10:00 PM CET, subject to analysis.
● Guest support is available from 9:00 AM – 12:00 AM CET

Guest Access:
You can self-check-in after 4 PM. If needed, early check-in or late check-out (up to 1 PM) can be arranged for a small fee, subject to availability.

Other Things to Note:
Entertainment: Watch Netflix on the TV; please note cable TV is not included.

Guest Support: Assistance is available from 9 a.m. to midnight, and extra cleaning can be arranged for a small fee.

Check-Out Policy: Guests have 30 minutes past the 11 a.m. check-out time before late fees apply.

Important Charges: Fees may be charged for sofa damage or unapproved guests.
