Couples long weekend

Staff were very friendly and all spoke English. Room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The room is industrial chique and maybe not “cosy” but still great. The area is ok and is walkable to the centre and we had no problems. I would recommend walking from central station rather than midi if you can.

Excellent location in between the stations and main square, both walkable in about 10 minutes. Room on the 5th floor was quiet, compact, clean and with a comfy bed. Staff were really helpful at all points. Highly recommended if you fancy a city break in Brussels.

I recommend this hotel! The location is good and close to the metro stop. I was able to check in early which I appreciated. There is a free espresso machine in the lobby (although no one told me about it). The room was cute with enough storage space for 1 person. The door to the shower didn't really keep the water in.

The hotel was clean, secured, and quiet with friendly staff. The bed was comfortable and the room was cleaned everyday. Only wish there were more space to hang clothes and more shelves to put stuff on. Easy walking distance to Grand Place and Midi Station.

Highly recommended

The reception lady is so nice and friendly, allows me to check in at around 2pm. Booked a single room(shoebox), my room located on the top floor. You have to tap your room card to access the lift and stairs which makes me feeling safe. Lift is a bit small but enough for 2 person with luggage. After stepped out the lift I saw my room is literally located next to the lift, was a bit worry about the noise from others but I was wrong. Thanks for the design of double door I didn’t even hear ANY noise in my 3 nights stay, either from the window. The room size is fit for single traveler and got everything. The best point of the room is the DAIKIN AC, that’s my favorite!!! You can use the panel to adjust the room temperature and it really works well!!! Did have a good sleep every night!!! They are using NUXE product for hand washing and shower, nice one. The water pressure is good and water temperature is stable. Hair dryer’s brand is Babyliss. Check out time is 12noon when is really good! The only thing is your foot may get wet if you want to access to the little sink after shower because of the design. Bed linen is not very clean. Toilet room is a bit small. Location is a bit far from city centre but it locates in a safe area. To conclude I highly recommend this hotel to everyone and definitely will come back.
