We loved our stay at this quirky hotel! Our room was small and kind of cramped, not very comfortable, really, but the garden outside our window was so charming that we didn’t mind.

These hotel was great. Beautifully decorated in a mix of Moroccan and eclectic styles this hotel makes you feel like you are in a different world. The staff is the friendliest I have ever seen in a hotel. I will definitely be back to this hotel if I ever return to Brussels.

Great place to stay!

Our family of four stayed here while visiting Brussels and absolutely loved it! The Moroccan décor was charming and the staff were very courteous and helpful. The location is perfect being between the train station and the main square. If going to Brussels, I can't recommend Hotel Mozart enough!

The hotel indicated it would refund the money that I paid to the hotel in part. I’m waiting to make sure that they do that I have little trust in their cooperation in that regard the place was an absolute disaster in my opinion and unfit to be even called a hotel. Yeah

The hotel is running by nice people. The staff are nice. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is very good. Our room shared balcony with another room. I wish they could put a divisor in the balcony. The guests in the other room were weird. They pop balloons in front our window, and shed flash lights into our room until very late in the night after 12:00 am. It was scary. I couldn't sleep at all. I complained to the front desk. The staff at the hotel was able to stop these people. I should have gotten the staff's help earlier.

Staying here with our teenager kids was like taking another vacation. We had the warmest welcome by Ben who made our daughter’s 18th birthday extra magical! Our garden view room was very unique and picturesque. Comfortable beds and a good layout for our family of 4. Excellent location very close to train and sights. Breakfast was waiting for us before we left early in the morning. Really appreciated the hospitality!

This hotel is amazing! It’s even more splendid in person than the photos show. It’s a fun place to stay, with surprises at every turn! I even got lost in the stairs once or twice
 Ben, the owner, is hilarious and so very kind. You can walk to a million restaurants, there is no car traffic on the road where the hotel is so you can wander safely, and most major attractions are within easy walking distance. Special added bonus, two cats who love people and are simply boneless in your arms when you pet them. For us, even though we thought Belgium was somewhere we’d only visit once, we are seriously considering going again JUST to spend more time in this hotel! If you are looking for your boring Hilton or Marriott hotel, this is NOT it. But if you love kitsch and feeling welcome, then I’d highly recommend Hotel Mozart. Side note! Like I said, no cars in the neighborhood of the hotel so plan on walking down cobblestone streets with your luggage. Pack light!

This property is so unique and at the center of Brussels. We were welcomed by the friendly staff upon our our arrival and were met with good spirits, jokes, and helpful directions. For Americans, there is no AC but that is typical in the EU and did not take away from the experience at all. We loved this property and would definitely stay here again.
