I thought I'd enjoy this place due to the ecclectic decor and close proximity to the Grand Place. I decided that it was not for me and left a few hours later for a new place. Not my style.

Super close to the Brussels attractions. Nice, friendly & helpful staff. Met the owner- have lots of good humors and very humble. The hotel Mozart is like museum to us. So many antiques collections. My mother, my cousin & me was so thankful for the delicious warm Moroccan tea. Highly recommended to all travelers to stay in this place for your next vacation and adventure in the heart of Brussels & Europe.
Many pictures of Ben with politicians , ambassadors and celebrities hang on the walls.
Ben with my cousin Gloria. Gloria is definitely coming back this weekend with our relatives.
Mom had a wonderful morning breakfast. She loves the coffee and croissants.
Any angles of the the place is like a museum.

Well we've never stayed anywhere quite like this. Very difficult to rate because I'm not quite sure what to compare it to! This was an unepxectedly very quirky hotel - unexpectedly Morrocan style and every nook and cranny is stuffed with ornaments and things to look at. An absolute maze of corridors heading off in allsorts of unexpected directions.

Fantastic Location

Great location, restaurants and bars right outside the hotel. Palace square maybe 100.meters away. In Brussels walking district, so plenty to walk and see and do. BEN THE OWNER IS GREAT GENTLEMAN.

The only positive thing about this hotel is its location and the kindness of the owner and receptionist. Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness of the room was very poor, and the cleaning staff were unprofessional and rude. The rest of the staff (apart from the receptionist and owner) were not welcoming at all, which made the stay uncomfortable. I would not recommend this property, as it lacks proper service and cleanliness standards.

A unique hotel

Firstly the hotel is well situated and looks like a madman bought every object in your great aunts garage sale, we have vases in the middle of corridors and paintings galore, from all the different era's and in all the styles. The little water garden is beautiful. The room we had was unique to say the least with random paintings in 3 different styles but it had charm, the shower holder was broken and beds felt like they had been bought from the army but it did not matter as the place has buckets of charm. The owner or at least who suspected as the owner is a nice guy, his photos hang in the main lobby and he will explain each one and it's story if you ask, it's well worth an ask. Now if you are nitpicky this place is not for you, however if you want one of the most unique experiences in Brussels then I can not recommend this enough.
