The hotel room is very clean and very spacious, it is in the center of tourism place. Its location is the most convenient to any where. If I will have a chance to go there again I would choose this hotel,no doubt.

En el centro y cerca a ala estacion central.

Tuvimos problemas con la habitacion el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y habia un olor no agradable en la habitacion. Carolina nos atendio muy amablemente y nos dio solucion al problema. Desayuno muy bueno con mychas opciones. Puedes ingresar a picos pasos a la estacion de trenes. Volveriamos a este hotel.

The room was great with the exception that we turned on the air conditioner and came back to our room to a puddle of water in the bathroom dripping g from the ceiling. Called the front desk and they brought towels! Told me I had to turn the air off and that was all they could do. No new room no break on the cost of the room nothing! I booked the room because I could get air conditioning! Over paid for the room to have this happen

Excelente ubicación

Hotel en pleno centro, al lado de estación de tren, frente a plaza donde comienza área peatonal de tiendas y restaurantes, aunque esta en pleno espacio turístico, no hubo ruidos molestos al dormir. Las habitaciones son amplias y cuentan con baño con bañadera y ducha y vestidor. Éramos 3 y estábamos muy cómodas. Pudimos dejar el equipaje sin problemas. Volvería sin dudas.

The hotel is a bit dated, it could be a bit more decorated...nothing on the walls. Extreme minimalistic... Coffee machine and water in the room - a positive. The staff was very helpful. Location is great, very central, tons of things to do around - can be noisy.

The best part about this hotel is the location. It's within walkig distance of a lot of attractions and a great part of the city. Rooms itself are small but efficient and clean. Staff unfortunately acts like they don't want to work there.

The best part about this hotel is its location -- it's fantastic! Right in the middle of everything. My room was a little chilly and I was not able to get it warmer. Perhaps they had turned off the heat for the summer. But I would definitely book this place again.

Check-in and the entire stay were wonderful! We were asked if we wanted to keep the room we had booked or move to a room with a terrace and a view, and of course we chose the terrace. All four of us (kids included) loved sitting out on the terrace in the evening (live music!) and in the morning. We are a family of four on an extended vacation to several cities, and this is our favorite hotel so far. The room was spacious and comfortable. We appreciated the espresso machine and the refrigerator, as well as the working AC (which has been rare on this trip). It is within a very short walking distance to Grand Place and lots of food and shopping options. We'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone, and especially families!
