The location was ideal and the facilities very good with a restaurant and bar on site. The bus to get there was on time and efficient but finding it at the airport was a little difficult at first as the directions from the hotel do not tell you where to get it and it is mis-marked at the airport. Hotel shuttle signs poit you to the left when in fact the hotel shuttle bus is all the way to the right with the standard buses. Do make sure you ask someone. It is a regular bus with the "Novotel Hotel" name on it but it makes a loop serving several hotels.

Very clean and convenient location to airport. Slow and understaffed for check in, very rude on check out. In general, staff at restaurant were pleasant, but front desk was not at all welcoming.
