We was really looking forward to this stay but unfortunately it was poor from the minute we arrived. We went to our room and somebody was already in it. Not having a reception and somebody to speak to in person made the situation much worse. We were then told we were being moved rooms but had to wait for it to be cleaned.. then 20 minutes later they said there was a problem with a drainage block in this room so they were sorting another room. By the point we were waiting for the 3rd room - it was a twin and we had booked a double!! There was nothing they could do as no other rooms available. This room also smelt so I’m guessing there was a common problem with blockages in the bathrooms. Location was good but other than that I was really disappointed. Having to wait for messages and email responses when you have an issue is frustrating and it wasted time on our first day. I would not recommended and we would not go back
