Check in took 20 mins long. I was surprised as the hotel is rated 5 stars but only 2 check out counter and the lobby is very small. refrigerator cannot be used as it filled with hotel drink items (charge if remove). The 4 steps down to breakfast area from lobby. If not be careful, can easily be fall down. On the other hand, Service is good. Convenient to Grand Place tourist/restaurant area.
