We had a fantastic holiday in Brussels. The hotel was amazing. Fab breakfast and the staff at breakfast so welcoming, friendly and attentive. Fab room, with walk in wardrobe and fabulous bathroom. Highly recommend

Great location but old building

Hotel was OK the location was great. Rooms and bathroom quite old. Coukd carely feel the AC during hot days and when we leave windows open flies will come in. Cleaning service came but they never vacuum the carpets until i had to ask them to do so. Breakfast just mediocre.

The hotel location was great, hotel is comfortable and accessible. However, when checking in, the receptionist told us we need to wait a little since we got there earlier than expected. We waited long enough before realizing others weren’t waiting and had a room right away. When we asked “how much longer” it seemed that the receptionist forgot about my partner and I, then gave us a room right away. The only friendly staff I give credit are the bell boys, they were exceptional!!! On our last day, before checking out, the experience wasn’t too pleasant. We knew breakfast wasn’t included and we were okay with paying for it since we needed a quick meal, 80€ later, we couldn’t eat anything due to the food being so cold and unattended. No water was provided to us or even water to grab anywhere. The same hostess that charged us for the meal came 5 minutes later to tell us they’re “closing soon”. She could at least have warned us before paying for ice eggs, cold bacon and terrible coffee. I will only recommend this hotel for business purposes, since the staff seem to be more interested than having tourist guests. I don’t recommend any food from the hotel menu either.

Old school historic hotel that has been kept very well, large clean rooms, excellent staff you accommodated my requests, esp the front desk. I will def stay here again and recommend to others. Area is full of shops and retail.
