Location:
Whether it's gameday, business, or just a vacation that brings you to Bryan, downtown is full of options. First Friday happens each month on the first Friday of the month, where street artists and musicians as well as food vendors all come to enjoy each other and the downtown landscape. Saturday starts with a Farmers market as well as downtown local coffee shops within easy walking distance.

Guest Access:
Guests will have a separate entrance dedicated to their own living space, plus 1 carport covered parking space for their stay. Guests will have access to a separate bedroom with direct access to a full bathroom. A open concept living room, two locations for separate controls of heating/AC, washer and dryer access, as well as a two-person workspace desk, ideal for laptops, with large viewing windows. A small kitchen is located next to the available laundry area. Living room sofa becomes twin size bed for a third guest.

The Space:
The top two floors are occupied by the host and the main floor is entirely for guests. No interaction with hosts are necessary if not wanted, but are always available if help is needed.

There is a small kitchen area with microwave, sink, small refrigerator (stocked with breakfast items and snacks), a wine fridge (1 free bottle of wine per stay) and coffee and cappuccino maker. Property also has on street parking for an additional vehicle, if needed.

Third guest is an additional $20 per night.

Getting around:
This home is just blocks away from downtown Bryan! An easy 12 minute drive to Texas A&M University campus or Kyle Field.
