Welcome to the "Ranchette”! This beautiful property is one of a kind with friendly farm animals on site and plenty of room to view the great outdoors and relax. You can view the TX country life from the back yard and pond while only 13 miles from Texas A&M University and Kyle Field. The large house layout of 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths is spacious and comfortable and is the perfect place for a family gathering or quiet country retreat. The Ranchette will be your new favorite place to stay in BCS.

This 4+acre escape features a 4-bedroom/2.5-bath country home complete with entertainment room with reclining chairs and multiple couches and a smart 75" Plasma TV along with access to multiple different apps.

The home features a large kitchen complete with 7’x5’ island with seating, granite counters, coffee bar with Keurig 12-cup coffeemaker/single cup combo and all of the important kitchen amenities ( glasses, crock pot, toaster, dishes, pots/pans, cooking utensils & spices).

Trying to figure out sleeping arrangements? The master bedroom offers a King size bed and ensuite bathroom with freestanding tub and double headed shower. The other three bedrooms share a hall bathroom and are as listed-
Butterfly Bedroom 1- Queen bed with large chest of drawers
White Bedroom 2- Full bed with large chest of drawers
Office Bedroom 3- Queen bed with Full size mattress able to be pulled out from under bed, and large chest of drawers

The beds are super comfy and spacious, there are plenty of towels and all your basic needs will be provided for with welcoming details, as we strive to give you a five-star stay! Excellent WIFI with a private modem accommodates.

Check-in (4:00pm unless otherwise discussed):
Your front door entrance will be keypad coded to the last four digits of the phone number used at booking for convenience and ease. Your group can come and go as you please at check-in time, without the hassle of keys!

Check-out (12pm unless otherwise discussed): Checkout list is provided online and also on the kitchen counter on arrival.

While this home sleeps 10, we do ask that your event does not exceed 40 guests at the peak time, UNLESS it has otherwise been agreed to with hosts!

• This house is wheelchair accessible in the living areas and one great bedroom with attached bath (with walk-in shower).

• No smoking inside. You are welcome to smoke on patio area.
