Very disappointed in this property. The rooms are very outdated with lots of wear on the inside. Bed slept poorly and furnishings in the kitchen were minimal. The breakfast was plain bad; not at all as pictured in their ad. Definitely doesn’t fit the idea of a “resort”.

we were supposed to stay in this room two nights, but when we got there, the room was so dark, dirty, and smelly that I asked that we could only stay one. It was too late to find another hotel. The manager gave me some Febreze to spray. the place needs to be gutted and remodeled. the bed was ok . The carpeting was dirty. We moved to a great bed and breakfast 20 min away..

We got a cabin here, it was cute and clean. Breakfast… don’t count on that for quality but there are other options by the park. We got in late and got to sit at the bar for a couple drinks before calling it a night, the bar was nice-ish.

It’s a very expensive area, so I suppose this was expected. I don’t understand why there is a “resort” fee. There was absolutely nothing on the property that felt like a resort. There’s an outdoor pool but no hot tub. The food was adequate at best. Towels were thin and there were no outlets near the beds.

Location is fantastic. Front staff was friendly. Room was exactly what we needed with plenty of amenities. Did not try the pool. Beds were great. Quiet, could not hear anyone of the neighbors. Breakfast....was awful. Truly awful. I did not know that something could be that bad. Powdered eggs done poorly. Coffee that was truly terrible. Few options. Not good.

Our cabin was larger than we expected and had all the features listed. It was comfortable and was very close to the restaurant which was very convenient. Check on went smoothly though there was a small glitch getting the key card to work at the cabin. A quick walk to the office and that was quickly fixed. The on site restaurant had a decent breakfast and the dinner options were good.

Okay, nothing special. "Resort" is a misnomer.

Rooms were quiet and clean, but not much in amenities and few outlets and no desk. Breakfast was not very good. Great location for exploring between Bryce Canyon and Red Canyon.
