This place was amazing. The staff were all very helpful and kind. The food was delicious and the mall was great. The hotel had drivers ready for when I needed or wanted to go somewhere. Would definitely recommend this place.

We requested two double-bed rooms, but we were assigned a king room with an extra bed. I assume this may have been due to my request for an accessible room; however, this was never explained to us at check-in. At the front desk, we were also not informed that my father would need to walk almost an entire block to reach the room. No wheelchair was offered, and there was a clear lack of care and support given his mobility difficulties. Additionally, this property is a VIP Access hotel, yet no appropriate treatment or benefits were offered in line with that status.

Every time we travel to Bucaramanga we stay at the Sonesta Hotel. The rooms are clean, the staff is great and friendly. They have a great restaurant on the top of the building and you can see the whole city. The hotel is attached to the large mall so you can go down stairs and going into the mall. Great restaurants and shopping all around the hotel. I tell all my friends to stay there when in town.
