For the price, this place was great. Its close to the Bucerias downtown. Its on the side of the road for tourist, but an under pass right at the entrance to the local side of Bucerias. Its two blocks from the beach and the market place. Its right on the Lateral. There is a bus stop a few steps away to go to Puerto Vallarta as well as a bus stop coming from Puerto Vallarta on the other side. But be warned, if you are planning for restful nights or you're a very light sleeper. There is a bar on one side of the suites that plays loud music until 3am (good food though), and in the neighbouring backyard has chickens and roosters yelling consistently around 5am. But if you can get over that, this is a good place. If you're wanting to try local food as well as tourist aimed food, be close to the beach and shop locally, this is a great spot.

The property was not as advertised. It was not 1 block from the beach. It was not an apartment. No kitchen. The common area had a fridge and microwave, but no cooking utensils or dishes and no place to prepare food. It was next door to a noisy bar, and there was noise from the construction upstairs. I left after one night of being unable to sleep. The host told me he would make some reparation, but has not. I have tried to call him, but his phone will not accept my calls.
