A beautiful condo—no doubt! The views are absolutely stunning. We stayed in February and were lucky enough to see multiple whales breaching right from the balcony, which was incredible. The building has two pools and direct beach access (though the beach is quite rocky), and it’s about a 30-minute walk to the town centre. The 24-hour concierge was excellent—JosĂ© in particular was extremely helpful throughout our stay.There were just a few small things that could be improved. Basic supplies were limited (no laundry detergent, and only a few dishwasher pods and garbage bags), which was a bit challenging for our 11-day stay with a family of eight. We also experienced some issues with both the dishwasher and the stove, although the host was responsive and quick to reply. We had requested a crib a few weeks in advance, but it didn’t arrive until after our newborn’s bedtime on the first night.Overall, a lovely stay in a beautiful location, with a few minor areas for improvement.

Cannot argue with the view!! Absolutely stunning property. Considerable traffic noise from the highway and construction next door. Two nice pools to enjoy. The main reason this is a 3 instead of a 4/5 is due to the hot water situation not being consistent throughout the unit. None in the kitchen at all for washing dishes. The dishwasher also did not work for the duration of our stay. There were elements of housekeeping that could be improved. The small things (ex: a few laundry pods, extra toilet paper, seasonings for cooking) The BBQ was nice & clean however there is fee to use it each time. A few restaurants near by but it’s a short cab ride to Bucerias in the evening (walkable on the beach by day) Owner & property management very responsive, warm & welcoming.
